Gender Pronouns

We encourage colleagues to include their pronouns in their email signatures and on their web profiles if they wish.

For a variety of reasons it is not always possible to correctly identify someone’s gender through their name. So using pronouns is a very simple way to show respect for, and avoid any misunderstandings with, our colleagues.

It’s our hope that this simple action goes a little way towards making Kingsley Napley as inclusive and supportive as possible for everyone who works here.
