Kingsley Napley’s Partnership & Professional Practices Group is a cross-practice team comprising partnership specialists from across our Employment, Regulatory, Financial Services, Criminal Litigation, Reputation Management and Corporate, Commercial & Finance departments. Experts from our leading Immigration team are also regularly involved in assisting our international clients.

We act for professional services firms (particularly limited liability partnerships (LLPs)), including international professional services firms and individual partners and LLP members, in particular from law firms and accountancy firms, as well as from across the financial services sector more broadly, including private equity, asset management and hedge fund firms.

We are one of few firms with a long established reputation in representing both Partnerships and LLPs and their partners / LLP members (see also Advice for Professionals) and are well versed in advising on the lifecycle of both the business structure of such entities and of their relationship with their partners/LLP members.

We are experienced at handling high stakes cases of the highest sensitivity, frequently with criminal and regulatory issues at partner level, where we utilise a multi-disciplinary team of specialists.
